Excellent service. If I could give them 10 stars I would! I called and they were out the next day for service. Office staff. Very friendly + professional! The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, answered all of my questions and was done an amazing time! I knew that he was very trained in his profession! We definitely will be calling again anytime we need service or equipment. This company is the best!!

I just want to say I am so thankful for the time and service we received from Eric. Our blower went out on our furnace and he came out not once but twice to make sure we got it taken care of. Very fast and friendly service I give this company 5 stars. If I ever need services again they will be getting my call. Excellent job from some really down to earth genuine people.

Product or service reviewed: Checked out pipes to the flu.
Most honest people around. Checked the spots on the pipes leading to the flue that I was worried about & told me they were fine & no reason to replace them. Saved me some money. A year or so ago they replaced my cold air return & I was very pleased with their work. I wouldn't call anyone else. 5 from me.

Product or service reviewed: Evolution Extreme Heat Pump
We had an Evolution Extreme Variable Heat Pump installed in November 2019. The efficiency of this Bryant System is amazing. The system performs well down into single digit temperatures and probably less. Our heating expense was reduced easily by half throughout the winter. With a SEER rating that exceeds 20, we anticipate a dramatic reduction in our cooling expense as well. Looking forward to experience the humidity management through Summer. I am a very satisfied customer. I called the Koppeis office and spoke with a pleasant lady about scheduling a service call. Mitch from Koppeis Heating and Cooling called prior to the scheduled time and arrived right on schedule. Mitch was personable and professional. The work was very thorough and complete. The charge for the call was very fair and the transaction made easy with the card reader provided. After dealing with a couple of unprofessional and unreliable service companies over the last few years this experience with Koppeis was a breath of fresh air. I will continue to do business with Koppeis and recommend them to friends and family.

I am very pleased with the unit and the service. The technicians were in and out in less than a day and left absolutely no mess. They explained how to operate the system in depth.

We recently received terrific service from Koppeis Heating & Cooling. After another service company spent 2 days attempting to repair our furnace, Mike Helvey, Service Technician for Koppeis had it fixed and heating within 45 minutes. Great service all around. Thank you!

Product or service reviewed: New Heat Pump system
I can't say enough about how pleased I am with our new system and the promptness and professionalism of the Koppeis team. They were in & out in one day and didn't even leave a mess! Great service from beginning to end of the project. I am a contractor myself and I always pay attention to detail, it's those things that separate the ordinary from the extraordinary, and I must say that Koppeis has an extraordinary team. Highly recommended!

I am very happy with the service I received from Koppeis Heating and Cooling. I was out of heat and the house temperature was dropping into the low fifties. I made a call on a Sunday morning and they had it fixed within two hours. Its a very friendly and reliable family owned business. Thanks again to all of Koppeis staff!
